Can I pay for my tickets with a check instead of credit card?

By all means, as long as it is paid in advance to secure your seat, payment by check is available. Please contact FLIPANY at (954)-FLIPANY or email chefsupfront@flipany.org

 

 

What are my transport/parking options for getting to the event?

The Hilton WPB does NOT have self-parking available. Valet service is available at $25 per vehicle. Chefs Up Front is a decadent evening of food, wine, and cocktails. You may consider “starting the party a little early” by traveling from Miami/Fort Lauderdale via Brightline. Uber/Lyft are also great options! We will also have special DISCOUNTED rates at the Hilton for Chefs Up Front West Palm Beach.

 

 

Can I request the table/chef I sit at?

We will email you the week of the event to inquire about your requested table assignments. Please note, tables are assigned on a first come basis (after table sponsors have secured their preferred seating). While we will make every attempt to seat you with your preferred choices, with the outstanding representation we have this year, we know you will have an amazing time.  

 

 

Will I be able to make menu adjustments? 

Due to the nature of this event, not all dietary restriction needs can be met. Thank you for your understanding.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Tickets are transferable. Should you have reason why you are unable to attend after purchasing your tickets, please email chefsupfront@flipany.org with your reservation name and the name of the guest(s) attending in your place. 

 

 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No printed tickets are needed, as we will have a list of the names of all of our attendees. We do recommend you bring your ID to confirm you are who you are so that no one is trying to be you for the night. If you are transferring tickets to another, please email chefsupfront@flipany.org with your reservation name and the name of the guest(s) attending in your place. 

 

 

What is the refund policy?

We do realize sometimes last-minute issues arise which would keep one from attending Chefs Up Front event. Unfortunately, all sales are final and non-transferrable to the Chefs Up Front Fort Lauderdale event. Should you not be able to attend, tickets are transferable – and we guarantee the recipient would love you for it. Please email chefsupfront@flipany.org with your reservation name and the name of the guest(s) attending in your place. All live and silent auction items are also considered FINAL SALE.

 

 

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Yes. Chef's Up Front is best shared with others and if you are purchasing multiple tickets for friends or co-workers they will all come with one name. No worries! Within 48 hours of your ticket purchase, a member of the Chefs Up Front committee will email to acknowledge receipt and you will be able to provide the names of your guests at that time, or up to 72 hours in advance of the event. Tickets are also transferrable - so if someone does change plans it is OK too. Simply call (954)- FLIPANY or email chefsupfront@flipany.org with name changes and bring a copy of your printed receipt.
